Miso butterfish marinated and glazed in our homemade miso recipes and your choice (1) of a selection listed above, served with miso soup, a dinner salad, tsukemono and rice.

CHICKEN
"BONELESS" TEBASAKI CHICKEN
Tebasaki chicken wings are a specialty and
favorite of the Tokoname region. Our version
features “boneless” bite size pieces of chicken
tossed in our homemade Tebasaki sauce with
flavors of garlic, shoyu and a little bit of peppery
sweetness.
FURIKAKE CHICKEN
Tokoname’s signature shoyu garlic sauce
tossed with crispy fried chicken bites and
sprinkled with furikake.
CHICKEN KARAAGE
Lightly battered with Japanese potato starch and
crispy fried. Served with our special spicy mayo
on the side.
TERIYAKI CHICKEN
Bite size pieces of chicken seared then basted
in our home made teriyaki sauce.
PORK
TONKATSU PORK
Our special breading on a pork cutlet and fried
golden brown and served with traditional
Japanese tonkatsu sauce.
PREMIUM CHA SHU RAMEN
In an 8-hour long process we take only the best
pork belly and slow cook it to make our
premium home made cha shu. This process
gives the cha shu a rich succulent flavor that is
hard to resist. Served with a hard boiled egg,
kamaboko and green onions this is an indulgent
treat.
SEAFOOD
MISO BUTTERFISH *
Our special cut butterfish (no skin, minimal
bones) marinated and glazed with our homemade
recipe.
BROILED SABA *
Classic Japanese saba broiled until its skin is crispy and served with ponzu and daikon.
GRILLED SALMON
Fresh Atlantic salmon, lighty seasoned with Tokoname's special blend and grilled to perfection.
MISO SALMON *
Generous steak cut of Atlantic salmon, broiled and glazed with our homemade miso recipe.
FURIKAKE SALMON *
Fresh Atlantic salmon baked with our signature spice mayo then topped with furikake.
SHRIMP & VEGETABLE TEMPURA
A mix of shrimp and five (5) different vegetables. Our tempura is hand-made to order with the traditional style and batter for a light, crispy finish
BEEF
RIBEYE STEAK *
Our premium Ribeye is aged, hand cut and
richly marbled. We generously season each
steak with our proprietary blend of spices, then
grill to the proper temperature. Served on a bed
of sauteed mushrooms and onions
TERIYAKI STEAK *
Premium Ribeye grilled and then basted in our
homemade teriyaki sauce. The basting process
creates a thick, rich and silky sauce that we
generously pour over the entire steak.
WAFU HAMBAAGU
Hamburger steak covered in our homemade wafu sauce.
